OTRS on UBUNTU Server and E-mail accounts Google Apps

I have set up succesfully OTRS on UBUNTU but I need to configure the system to send and receive e-mails via our E-mail accounts on Google Apps using IMAP.

The task is

1. to add 5 users on OTRS

2. configure their respective incoming and outgoing e-mail (hosted with Google Apps IMAP settings)
