Scraper for daily deal sites

Job Description:
Hi,
We need someone to help us develop scraper for 20-25 Singapore daily deal sites that are quite similar - Like [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], outlet.com.sg. No design or web progamming for the site is needed as we already developed the site, we only need to scrape the daily deals data.
Requirements:
1. The parser would need to develop scrapers to grab the data from 20-25 daily deal sites
2. The parser would need to update the data to our database (Will provide the details)
3. The parser would need to grab all the deals from the daily deal sites.
4. The parser should download the respective thumbnails in content/deals/*.jpg format. The filename should have timestamp and the id for the provider in the parser to avoid duplication. When parsing the old deals, the old deals should be replaced with the new data and the new images should replaces old images.
5. The parser needs to be build using php/mysql.
6. The deal provide info should be saved in the users table.
7. Fetch deals routine should be accessible using command line and web for cron and web using the same url with a certain provider parameter.
8. The parser should validate data to check if all attributes are saved in correct formats in database.
Only experienced web scraper that have scraped the data from daily deals sites would be considered, so please show your past works that you have done in your bidding.
If this project is done well, we have even more sites to be scraped. We also need this project to be completed asap.
