Copy the graphics/layout/functionality from one of my website to another.

I would like to copy the design and layout of one of my new websites to an old website. I am the owner of both sites. The backend of the old website should remain the same even though of an not using some of the sections (i.e the Bust section) as I will be using it in the future. I however want to keep the Clone-Your-Face section on the old site but match the theme of the new site.
