Design an Advertisement Advertisement for a Home Lending Mortgage Company

One of my clients is a mortgage banking company - they work with many lenders to find the best home mortgage for it's customers.

The concept is this:

We need to develop a clever ad to address that the company gets a borrower through the complexities of the "alphabet soup of terms" associated with getting a mortgage. DTI, LTV, MI, FHA, VA, Fannie, Freddie, EMD, etc, something along the lines that mortgages are complicated, but our Company makes it simple.

Please use a fake company in your design - the winner will be given the logo to design around.

Please use colors:

b00526 (red/maroon)

c9c4b1 (lighter tan)

Black

White

This will ultimately be for an:
1. online (can be animated gif) ad sized 300 X 250 less than 30K
2. Print ad sized -The ad needs to be in a PDF Format, CMYK and 200dpi 4 7/" X 6 3/8"

Here is a logo - I think it would be interesting to try and make the brochure fold like the logo itself - this is for a fold up bed - sleeper sofa - so thet tri-fold would open like the bed does? It is one concept.... See attached.

IT IS FOR A BROCHURE PROJECT THAT I AM LOOKING TO HAVE COMPLETED

WHAT I MEANT TO POST WAS THIS - I WOULD LIKE TO PLAY WITH THESE CONCEPTS - AND THE TEXT THAT IS IN THE ORIGINAL BRIEF

Where this ad would have some text in the soup using the Acronyms and then possibly the Spoon would have "Great Rate" or something like that in the spoon

I am looking for something like this - please see attached image - design comps are the best way to get the job - if your work is good and you are not selected, we have plenty of work for you as well. Please make it easy for us to say yes to your work.
