Scientific/Medical Research Writing

This job requires a competent writer who is capable of writing scientific papers with utmost sincerity. Candidates with medical sciences background (such as medical college students) and/or candidates who have experience in publishing in reputed journals will be preferred. I have a bunch of medical case reports, greater than 50, which I wish to write and publish. I am a physician based in the US and I want these articles to be published in the US medical literature. The job is work based and not time based, i.e, I will pay for EACH case report well written and send for publication. I want to work with an individual who is extremely professional, punctual, hard-working and sincere. I do not mind giving opportunity to a novice provided that the individual convinces me to be willing to be learning. I am willing to pay 50$-200$/article depending upon the articles and the work involved. In the beginning of the project, I will be assigning relatively simpler and easier projects. Once I have trust and confidence in the individual, I will be assigning harder projects. As of now, I do not promise any name in the publication but depending upon the needs/specialty of the individual, that also can be negotiated. I do not want to hire an individual every single time and hence I want someone who can invest few months to over an year in this project. Depending upon the skills, one single research article/case report can be written in 3 days to 3 months. Payment will be done after completion of each individual research article, including writing and submitting to the journal.
