We are a small start-up in the Travelling sector based in Madrid, we are looking for freelance who will work remotely (from home or wherever) with the following responsibilities:
1) Inside Sales:
- outbound: find, cold-call, contact and onboard new users and customers
- inbound: on-board new users and customers who get in touch with us through Social Media
- Users are coming from around the world, so ability to adapt and talk with different cultures.
2) Customers support
- help to address and resolve issues that Users may have, by email, by Social Media or by phone.
- support customers through LiveChat.
- improve and keep update our FAQ section and customers information on the website
Location: any, working remotely (preferably Madrid).
Flexible time - work whenever you prefer but be available, deliver on time with high quality
Commitment of 20 hours a week for first months - it may increase later on
Passion and interest in the Travelling sector.
Very professional English. Additional languages like Spanish, Italian and French are a plus.
