THE BRIEF ♣ Develop a social media tone of voice document for each of 4 social channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube that is a more conversational version of the overall brand tone of voice already developed. ♣ Provide a number of different examples for each channel to communicate: - What’s on - Events – lead up - Events – on the ground - Events – post event wrap up - Important alerts including closures - Complaints - Competitions ♣ Create a list of keywords/phrases to be considered when posting on the social channels that reflect the brand. ♣ Provide recommendations for the best types of content to post on each channel to align with the overall brand e.g. Is there a focus on image and engaging video posts for Facebook, quality imagery for Instagram etc.
