Need A Website Building & Logo

I am looking for someone to build a website for me, and create a company logo. The layout of the site to be similar to: [login to view URL] however the site will be for the costa del sol so bright sunny and holiday feel a must... There will be a booklet issued every 2 months showing wots on as entertainment in the bars and night clubs, the site must be allowed to display the book issues current and back issues as the listed site does. Also needs prime space fo advertisers...
