96760 ffmpeg / codec install+config

I have installed ffmpeg on my server, but not all codecs are working.

I would like you to install or re-install ffmpeg on my server, according to the following page's instructions

or, if you're already familiar with ffmpeg installations, and you know a better way, that's fine, too, as long as at least the codecs referenced in the above url are enabled (see config string in item 8 of the url above).

Currently, [url removed, login to view] isn't working, but most other formats are working.

The job will be complete when:

A) the 5 small test files at the url below should be able to be converted to flash format (.flv) by ffmpeg:

B: a brief (but complete) written description of what was compiled and/or installed is emailed to me.

I believe that this is under an hours work, for an individual with experience installing ffmpeg - so please only bid of you have had this experience.
