*Klaviyo Expert – D2C Email & SMS Marketing** Freelance / Contract / Full-time (Remote) --- ## About the Role We are a growing **D2C brand** looking for an experienced **Klaviyo Expert** to own and scale our email & SMS marketing. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience driving revenue through lifecycle flows, segmentation, and data-driven campaigns for ecommerce brands. --- ## Key Responsibilities * Set up, manage, and optimize **Klaviyo email & SMS** programs * Build and improve core flows: * Welcome series * Abandoned cart & checkout * Browse abandonment * Post-purchase & cross-sell * Win-back / re-engagement * VIP & loyalty flows * Create and manage **weekly campaign calendars** * Develop advanced **customer segmentation** (RFM, LTV, behavior-based) * Optimize **deliverability, open rates, CTR, and revenue** * A/B test subject lines, content, and flows * Design or coordinate **email templates** (mobile-first) * Track and report performance with clear insights & recommendations * Ensure **compliance** (GDPR, TCPA, unsubscribe hygiene) * Integrate Klaviyo with **Shopify** and other tools (Recharge, Meta, etc.) --- ## Requirements * 2–5+ years of **Klaviyo experience** for D2C / ecommerce brands * Strong understanding of **D2C lifecycle marketing** * Proven track record of **email/SMS revenue growth** * Experience with **Shopify** (mandatory) * Knowledge of **segmentation, personalization & automation** * Analytical mindset with reporting & attribution experience * Strong copy sense (conversion-focused writing) * Bonus: Design skills or experience working with designers --- ## Success Metrics * % of revenue driven by email & SMS * Open rate, CTR, conversion rate * Flow performance uplift * List growth & engagement * Reduced churn & increased repeat purchase rate --- ## Nice to Have * Experience with subscription brands * CRO or funnel optimization background * Experience scaling D2C brands from 6 to 7 figures --- ## How to Apply Please share: 1.
