Rebuild Kit Email Automations

My team currently runs all outbound messaging through Kit, but the legacy automations inside the account are starting to fight with one another. Some flows never fire, others fire twice, and a growing number of messages fail to reach the inbox at all. I need every piece of that tangle retired and replaced with a clean, well-documented automation stack that protects deliverability and guarantees each contact receives the right email only once. Scope of work • Audit the existing Kit setup, mapping every legacy trigger, rule, and suppression that might be interrupting deliverability. • Decommission the old flows safely so nothing orphaned keeps sending. • Build three fresh automation tracks—from scratch, not by cloning the old logic: – Welcome series for new subscribers – Behaviour-based emails that react to site or product activity – Re-engagement campaigns for dormant contacts • Configure sending schedules, segmentation logic, and any needed webhooks so the new flows never collide. • Test end-to-end: triggers, conditional splits, send-time optimisation, SPF/DKIM alignment and inbox placement. • Hand over a concise playbook (flow diagrams + step-by-step settings) so my internal team can maintain everything. Acceptance criteria 1. All legacy automations fully disabled with no residual sends in the 14 days following cut-over. 2. New flows reach 99 % successful delivery according to Kit’s own reporting plus a third-party inbox test. 3. No duplicate emails sent to the same contact ID across the three new tracks. 4. Documentation delivered in editable format and a brief hand-off call completed.
