Audit of a Dummy Company

We require a freelancer preferably a CPA or Chartered Accountant who has adequate experience in conducting the audit of companies. All details regarding the company including books, weak points and strong points will be provided. You have to follow a comprehensive audit manual like Practical Auditing to fill in all audit programs and complete the audit. This may be stretched from initial phase of the audit till the reporting phase. Please also note, no physical activity nor third party confirmations are required. Its an academic assignment and all the details will be provided in soft copies. In return you also have to submit soft copies of complete filled audit program along with the final audit report and your observations.
