Write a 1,750- to 2000-word analysis of this specific institution (will send the files), using research from at least three (3) peer-reviewed documents pertaining to academic affairs in a college or university, data from 3 interviews attached and 7 additional references. Each of the following sections should be a heading in the report.

• Describe the challenges facing the institution as they relate to academic affairs.

• Provide recommendations to improve academic affairs at the institution.

• Support your recommendations with research.
