1) The Domino’s Pizza crisis communication case when two rogue employees posted videos of adulterated food on YouTube in April 2009.( I would like to cover how the Vice President of Communications, Tim McIntyre, reacted and how the company overcame the crisis. I will apply the course materials on this case and do more research in the best ways to overcome any social media crisis).

The paper should be specific about what caused the problem and how the company should handle it immediately and in the long-term? How should the organization communicate with customers? The media? The general public? What should it say? How can it recover from the crisis?
