I have to pretend I am a princiapl and come up with a hiring process for a new employee. In the first page I have to write things a will do for a Pre-screen (check resume, phone call, skype call, etc). Second page is an example of the template and questions on the form to hire a new employee. Last thing is to write any other things you may do besides the questions to chose the best candidate. HELP!
