I need a simple registration development, Im open to work with Filemaker, Access or any other way of doing this, easyly on PC enviroment. (5 computers on network, sharing the database)

Once the Internet registration process is closed, I will need to import that data to the database, those are preregisterd assistants, some others will register on site, in any case i will need to print their name in a label. It will be great to have a box to mark if i a paid subscription, a courtesy.
I will know if they are preregistered finding the mail, mark as an assisted and print.
If they aren't, new subscription, mark as assisted, paid and print.
I all ready have a small project on filemaker so you can take a look, this is intended to be used by 4 or 5 computers (PC), just let me know were can I send the file, so you can take a look of what I need.
please note that almost every year the same people will attend to this event, so it will e better to have a option to add a new event, if someone all ready registered this year, next year, only with his email, we will load the data verify if is still valid, and marked as assisted. Having the Internet and onsite process together will be in our wish list for next year.
-Registration Form (Same fields as the ones in the online registration, only that this time user will be able to see the hidden fields like, Attendee Type: Scholarship, Specialist, General, Nurse, Student, and if is not a scholarship if its all ready paid or not).
-Import data option so the on site and the online will be updated, and export option so I can deliver result.
-User update in case some field is wrong or have change
-Find users so preregisterd user will be found faster searching their email and the be able to set it as assist to print his badge label
-Able to be used by 5 computers on the same DB
-User friendly, all comunication will be in english, i will provide Spanish translations for UI
-NEED IT DONE BY MID JANUARY
