I have already rolled out the foundation of our new Shopify 2.0 theme—core product-page sections are in place and the staging store is live—but my internal team has reached the edge of its bandwidth. I now need an experienced Shopify developer to bring the project to the finish line with our direction, polish every remaining detail, and make sure the site is launch-ready for heavy traffic and paid campaigns. Scope of Work (SOW) Nature’s Turn – Shopify 2.0 Website Redesign, Development & Migration PROJECT NOTES Nature’s Turn has already begun redesigning the new Shopify 2.0 website and has progressed as far as internal resources allow. The initial product page layout and theme foundation have been implemented, but further professional development is required. We now require assistance to complete the redesign, finalize templates, migrate all products, install apps, ensure ADA compliance, and prepare the site for high-volume traffic, influencer activations, and paid advertising. Current staging environment: [login to view URL] Password: 1 This staging environment reflects the early product page foundation and will be the base for all development tasks. PROJECT OVERVIEW This SOW covers the ENTIRE Shopify development portion of the project, including: Full [login to view URL]–style product page redesign (layout, structure, functionality) ADA (WCAG 2.1 AA) compliance App installation & configuration One-page “Shop All Flavors” landing page Full product sync (live → staging → live) Theme deployment and testing QA & accessibility verification All graphic creation (infographics, icons, image sets) is now handled separately in SCOPE 2. ------------------------------------ PHASE 1 — Foundation Development ------------------------------------ These tasks prepare the site for traffic, ads, influencers, and migration. 1. Sync All Products From Live Site → Staging Site Includes syncing: Product listings SKUs, variants, pricing Descriptions Images (existing) Collections Tags Inventory quantities Goal: Staging mirrors live so redesign templates apply consistently. 2. Product Page Redesign (Variety Pack PDP) – Modeled After [login to view URL] Staging URL: [login to view URL] Reference PDP: [login to view URL] Deliverables: Completely redesigned PDP template Updated hero/media gallery Layout built to accommodate new graphics (provided separately in Scope 2) Benefit row placeholders (top-12 allergens, “no sugar,” etc.) “Is this right for me?” section Ingredient & nutrition accordions Lifestyle use-case modules Trust badge area [login to view URL] review widget integration Mobile-first optimization Structured data markup (SEO) Variant logic, pricing, and ATC functionality This becomes the master template for Phase 2 (all products). 3. ADA Compliance — WCAG 2.1 AA A full accessibility implementation across the theme. Includes: Color contrast verification Heading structure correction (H1/H2/H3) Alt-text support for all product images Keyboard navigation testing ARIA labeling for accordions & interactive components Screen-reader-friendly buttons and tags Accessible Klaviyo pop-ups Accessible [login to view URL] review structure No keyboard traps Accessible form labels (newsletter + checkout) A full ADA Audit Report will be delivered at the end of Phase 3. 4. Landing page features: 6-wide desktop grid; responsive 2–3 mobile Variant selector on each product tile Dynamic price updates Add to Cart per tile Filters (Singles, Variety Packs, Best Sellers) ADA-compliant structure Layout includes placeholder sections where graphics from Scope 2 will be plugged in This becomes the core page for marketing, influencers, and ads. ------------------------------------ PHASE 2 — Full Product Page Rollout ------------------------------------ After Phase 1 is approved, apply final structure to all SKUs. 1. Apply New PDP Template Across All Products Includes: All individual fruit flavors Mini / Classic / Mega variety packs Bundles Future seasonal SKUs 2. PDP Copywriting for Each Product Includes: Search-optimized product titles Benefit bullets Ingredient & allergen info “Perfect for” use cases “Is this right for me?” section ADA-compliant long-form product description Graphics are inserted when provided (Scope 2). 3. Product-Specific Upsells (OCU) Examples: Add Strawberry for 10% off Upgrade to Variety Pack Add a second bag at a discount Bundle & save 4.
