- Resolve any issues that come up on the marketplace
-Check listings. Make sure that everything is correct, infographics are appropriate, translation is correct (in all languages), listings are in their proper families.
-Make sure reviews and questions are always responded to
-Monitor accounts across all countries (account health, suppressed listings, case logs, stock for 1.5 months)
-Monitor Amazon stock
-Respond to Customer messages
- Work with case logs daily
-Good English (oral and written to communicate with other workers)
-Organized, great with time-management
-Great communication skills
-Amazon experience 3+ years (communication with support, inventory check)
-SUPER Detail oriented
-Part-time (7-15 hours/week)
-Outsourced work (work from home)
-Flexible hours (but will need to be available to connect with NYC and MSK)
