Full-Time Senior Account Partner – Aflac / Voluntary Benefits (Remote) We are looking for a long-term partner to help manage and grow an established Aflac book of business. This is a full-time, client-facing role focused on sales, account growth, and relationship management—with the opportunity to grow into a true leadership/partner position over time. Our accounts are primarily municipal groups and school districts, so experience navigating HR teams, payroll systems, and structured environments is important. What You’ll Do Drive new revenue and expand existing accounts Support enrollments and identify cross-sell opportunities Handle client needs end-to-end (billing, claims, education) Build relationships with HR, administrators, and union reps Maintain strong follow-up, organization, and communication Required Experience Proven sales experience (you’ve closed business) Experience with voluntary/supplemental benefits Familiarity with HR/payroll systems or enrollment platforms Comfortable with payroll deduction and benefits terminology Aflac experience is a plus If you don’t have this background, this role likely isn’t the right fit.
