I need a dedicated team that can consistently source fresh, qualified B2B leads on LinkedIn across the Technology, Healthcare, and Finance sectors. The work is 100 % social-media-driven—no email blasts or cold calls—so every tactic you use should revolve around LinkedIn’s native tools (Sales Navigator, advanced search filters, groups, hashtags, content engagement, InMail, etc.). Scope of work • Identify decision-makers or senior influencers who match the buyer personas I will share for each industry segment. • Capture full contact details—first / last name, job title, company, LinkedIn profile URL, corporate email, phone (if available), and company size / location. • Record everything in a clean, shareable spreadsheet or CRM-ready CSV. • Provide weekly progress reports that summarise connection requests sent, acceptance rates, conversations started, and qualified leads generated. Acceptance criteria A lead counts as qualified only when: 1. The prospect fits the industry and role criteria. 2. Contact information is complete and verified (emails must pass basic validation). 3. The individual has responded positively to an outreach message or agreed to continue the conversation. I will supply messaging templates and ideal customer profiles after kickoff and remain available for quick feedback loops. The faster you can iterate and refine targeting, the better.
