HNI Demat Onboarding Specialist

I need a results-oriented professional who already understands the Indian Demat account landscape and can personally win over high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) to open new accounts with my brokerage partner. Your main focus will be face-to-face acquisition: identifying qualified prospects, arranging meetings, presenting the value proposition, and guiding them through every KYC and compliance step until their accounts are fully activated. Once an account is live, you will handle the first phase of client onboarding—helping the client install and log in to the trading platform, linking bank details, and giving a brief walkthrough so they feel comfortable executing their first trade. Deliverables (tracked weekly): • Confirmed in-person meetings held with potential HNIs • Completed application packs with all KYC documents uploaded to NSDL/CDSL portal • Proof of account activation from the depository participant • Onboarding checklist signed off by the client (platform access, fund linkage, initial orientation) I’ll provide the brokerage application forms, marketing collateral, and back-office support. You bring the network, persuasive communication skills, and a solid grasp of SEBI regulations. Experience with CRM tools and basic Excel reporting will help us stay aligned on progress.
