An ongoing record of stocks held and dividends on those stocks The stocks are Canada and some US and the Bulk are on DRIPS
They are held in about 5 different institutions by several about 4 different shareholders ideally I would like one spread sheet and keep the DRIP activity and the dividend amounts up to date monthly, This is not a difficult task bury could require a large spread. sheet
