I’m looking for someone who can bridge two worlds for me each day: compassionate personal care and organised back-office support. On the care side, you’ll help with personal hygiene and make sure medication is taken on schedule. Patience and respect are non-negotiable here; the goal is to keep daily routines smooth, safe, and dignified. When those tasks are handled, you’ll switch hats and keep our small family office running. I’ll rely on you for: • Paperwork and filing that stays up-to-date and easy to retrieve • Basic financial management—tracking expenses in Excel or QuickBooks and flagging anything unusual • Clear, professional communication: drafting emails, managing correspondence, and occasionally making calls on my behalf You should feel comfortable moving between these roles in a single day, maintaining strict confidentiality in both. Reliability, empathy, and solid organisational skills will set you up for success. You will be also part of the Family Office; Charity animal protection. Traveling private and living 3 months in Bali, 3 Months in Dubai, 3 months in Monaco and 3 Months in London. A Female medical professional, non smoking, team player.
