Carta Cap Table & Documentation Overhaul

I need our entire Carta workspace rebuilt so the cap table mirrors reality from the company’s first issuances in 2019 through today. All original stock holdings, every split, stock award must appear in the correct chronological order, backed by airtight documentation. I already have spreadsheets, signed agreements, and board minutes, but many of them require updating or cross-referencing before they go back into Carta. The end goal is a clean, legally defensible record and a set of board resolutions ready for signature. some of the existing documentation needs to be deleted from Carta. Deliverables • Reconfigure historical equity data in Carta: founder shares, option pools, RSUs, splits, and subsequent grants. • Draft or update supporting documents for each transaction, maintaining legal-grade thoroughness. • Prepare a board packet—cap-table snapshot, explanatory memo, resolutions, and signature pages—ready to circulate for approval. Acceptance criteria: every transaction in Carta links to its source document, totals reconcile across all views, and the board packet is complete and signature-ready.
