Consultation Calls Session - QuickBook 18.0 Enterprise Question

Job Description:

i would like to consult an expert on Quickbooks 18.0 offline mode.

I want to know the faster and automatic way to issue invoice that has promotions/free item.

Example 1:

Item A is usually $5.00

From period of 2021-04-01 to 2021-04-15, for every purchase of 25 qty of Item A, one gets 1 qty of Item A for free.

Currently, my team just have 2 lines written down manually

Manual input Line 1 Item A 25 x $5 = $125

Manual input Line 2 Item A 1 x $0 = $ 0

I want to know if Line 2 can be pre-program to be automatic.

Manual input Line 1 Item A 25 x $5 = $125

Automatic Line 2 Item A 1 x $0 = $ 0

Example 2:

Item A is usually $5.00

Item B is usually $7.00

From period of 2021-04-01 to 2021-04-15, for purchase of Item A qty 10 and up, and Item B qty 3 and up, price of item A is reduce to $4.90

Currently, the standard price for Item A is automatically $5.00

Manual input Line 1 Item A 10 x $5 = $50

Manual input Line 2 Item B 3 x $7 = $ 0

I want to know if Line 1 can be pre-program to be automatically $4.90 shall Quickbooks detects Item B with qty 3 or greater.

Automatic correction Line 1 Item A 10 x $4.9 = $49

Manual input Line 2 Item B 3 x $7 = $ 0
