Hi, I'm looking for someone who can assist with some day to day accounting and inventory management. We have an accountant, but they do our monthly and annual accounts. This role is more day to day, helping with inventory management. We will start with the following tasks:
1. Check postage and fulfilment charges (extract monthly sales from shopify and assign charges and calculate)
2. Check items sold daily from Shopify update Global inventory
3. Report and alert me when stock is low (we need to set thresholds)
4. Check invoices and log stock in and stock out
