I am ready to close my LLP and now need a professional who can swiftly prepare and e-file Form 24 with the MCA. All prerequisite groundwork is done: the Statement of Accounts, Affidavit, and Indemnity Bond are signed and scanned, Digital Signature Certificates exist for every designated partner, and both Form 11 and Form 8 have already been lodged.
