The role is a mix of bookkeeping and Plan Management. You will have a caseload of clients (NDIS participants) that you will support to process their payments for services, liaise with the client, their creditors and the NDIS.
Your skills, knowledge and experience
Previous experience in NDIS plan management (Critical)
Knowledge of the NDIS line items, budget categories and price caps (Critical)
Very strong attention to detail, (Critical) i.e detecting issues and invoice discrepancies whilst addressing them accordingly
Strong admin and data entry skills
Proficiency with technology including the use of Excel, Deputy and Xero (Critical)
Ability to maintain performance and concentration for prolonged periods
Demonstrated adaptability and ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively within the team
Background in Bookkeeping, Accounting
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to achieve daily KPIs
Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills specifically in relation to arising issues
