PROJECT DESCRIPTION: We are a real estate company based in Ajman Industrial Area, UAE, specializing in long-term industrial warehouse leasing with 100+ active tenants. We have an internal Financial Manager who will be actively involved throughout the project to support configuration, data, and decision-making. Scope – Phase 1 Only (Single Entity) ∙ Odoo Accounting on Odoo Online (cloud only) ∙ Single company setup ∙ UAE-standard chart of accounts + full VAT configuration ∙ 100+ tenants loaded with open invoices and recurring rental invoicing ∙ Bank reconciliation and cheque tracking ∙ Full data migration from existing accounting software and Excel ∙ Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow ∙ Training for 2 accountants and 1 Financial Manager Requirements – Please only apply if you meet ALL: ∙ Certified Odoo Partner (state level and year) ∙ Experience with real estate or rental business implementations ∙ Fixed price proposal only (no hourly billing) ∙ Availability during UAE business hours
