Setup Quickbooks correctly

I am a very small business that mostly resells Office 365.
I only have a few customers but need to get Quickbooks set up correctly to make my life easier.
I have it already installed and have several items.
I started in 2022 but I can't seem to get everything working correctly.
For example, my opening balances are not correct.
My chart of accounts probably needs modified for my business.
I need: Chart of accounts, balances reconciled and inventory (if I even need inventory) corrected.
Sales tax also needs to be correct.
