sevDesk Bookkeeping Cleanup FY2024 (Germany, SKR04, VAT, Reconciliation)

We are looking for an experienced freelance bookkeeper to complete our FY2024 bookkeeping in sevDesk. All supporting documents are already available. We now need someone with strong practical bookkeeping experience to bring FY2024 to a clean and review-ready state. The work includes sevDesk bookkeeping under SKR04, reconciliation across Qonto, PayPal and Wise, German VAT handling including EU and non-EU reverse charge, and the correct treatment of fees, FX differences, refunds, SaaS subscriptions, freelancer invoices, AR items, cash-like / privately paid expenses, and WI Bank-related items. Accuracy, traceability, and a structured working style are essential. This project requires someone who can work carefully within an existing bookkeeping framework.
