Key Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day onsite IT support for Desktops/Laptop, and peripherals. • Troubleshoot OS-related (Windows 10/11) and basic networking. • Handle software installation, configuration, patching, and updates. • Provide first-level support for MS Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint Online). • Support users with Active Directory (AD) activities. • Diagnose HW problems and escalate to vendor. • Basic support for mobile devices, VC/AV equipment, and network port activation (I/O to end-point). • Coordinate with remote teams or OEMs for specialized support cases.
