Windows AD SysAdmin Services

User accounts, software updates, and hardware maintenance all run through me, but I now need a dedicated Windows system administrator to keep everything flowing without interruption. The environment is 100 % Windows and authentication lives in Active Directory, so every change you make—from a simple password reset to a complex GPO rollout—must respect that directory structure. Scope of work • Create, modify, and disable AD user accounts, groups, and permissions while following our internal access-control policies. • Install, update, or troubleshoot Windows-compatible software packages and drivers as they are released. • Maintain an up-to-date hardware inventory; schedule and perform hardware upgrades when performance metrics or warranties dictate. • Diagnose and resolve Windows OS, application, and basic network issues, escalating only when the problem falls outside standard server or workstation administration. Deliverables are straightforward: a stable, fully patched Windows environment with accurate user provisioning and a current hardware list. I’ll measure success through reduced support tickets, timely patch compliance, and clean audit reports from Active Directory.
