Your core responsibilities will revolve around three recurring tasks: keeping my inbox under control, entering data with accuracy, and preparing clear, well-formatted documents. Email management means monitoring the account during business hours, flagging messages that need my immediate attention, filing everything else into the correct folders, and drafting concise replies when possible. For data entry you’ll receive spreadsheets or online forms and will be expected to maintain 100% accuracy while meeting agreed deadlines. Document preparation includes creating and polishing Word reports, PowerPoint decks, and the occasional Excel summary, all branded to my style guide. You should already be comfortable inside Microsoft Office Suite—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook will be open on your screen most of the day. If you also know Google Workspace or a CRM, great; if not, I can train you later.
