Administrative & Operations Support • Manage email inbox: sorting, responding using templates, flagging priorities • Calendar management, scheduling meetings, sending confirmations and reminders • Preparing event call sheets using predefined templates • Maintaining tracking sheets / CRM for leads, bookings, and events • Organizing files and documents in Google Drive with consistent structure ⸻ 2. Invoicing & Finance Support (No Financial Authority) • Create and send invoices using predefined formats and rules • Track invoice due dates and send polite follow-up reminders • Collect supplier and musician invoices • Organize receipts and expenses into monthly folders • Prepare clean documentation for accounting review • Assist with payment preparation (no approval or bank authority) ⸻ 3. Client & Partner Follow-Up • Send post-event follow-ups to clients and venues • Request reviews from clients using approved messaging • Maintain professional, clear, and polite written communication • Escalate anything unclear rather than guessing ⸻ 4.
