The project requires accuracy, fast turnaround time, and the ability to follow instructions properly. Objectives: Organize and enter data into spreadsheets with 100% accuracy Clean, format, validate and manage datasets (Excel/Google Sheets) Create reports, tables, charts or dashboards (if required) Manage online tasks such as file organization or basic research Maintain smooth communication and deliver work on time Scope of Work: 1. Data Entry Copy/paste data Typing from PDF/Images/Scanned files Data cleanup & formatting 2. Excel Tasks Formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF, Pivot, etc.) Data sorting/filtering Creating structured and easy-to-read sheets Dashboard/report creation (optional) 3. Virtual Assistance Email sorting File management Research & documentation Administrative support Project Requirements: Attention to detail Accuracy and speed Experience with MS Excel/Google Sheets Ability to follow instructions Good communication Expected Deliverables: Clean, well-formatted spreadsheets Organized data ready for use Timely updates and completed tasks Error-free final files Timeline: Work can be done daily or as per requirement Flexible but must meet deadlines Additional Notes: Long-term collaboration is possible if quality remains high Confidentiality of data is essential.
