# Executive & Personal Assistant to Founder I’m hiring a personal executive assistant to work directly with me and help run the practical parts of my life. This is a high-trust role. I’m looking for someone who can handle my schedule, travel, appointments, vendors, errands, reservations, events, follow-ups, and the many small things that otherwise sit in my head. The right person is organized, discreet, loyal, fast, calm, and hard to fluster. You should have good taste, strong judgment, and the ability to figure things out without needing every step explained. This is not a normal admin job. You will be close to how I operate day to day. You will see personal details, private conversations, family logistics, business matters, and sensitive information. Discretion is required. ## What you’ll handle You will help with both personal and professional logistics, including: * Managing my calendar and daily schedule * Coordinating travel, transportation, hotels, restaurants, and itineraries * Booking appointments, reservations, dinners, events, and experiences * Handling errands, purchases, returns, gifting, and personal tasks * Managing household vendors, service providers, and recurring logistics * Keeping track of follow-ups, reminders, deadlines, and open loops * Preparing me for meetings, calls, trips, and events * Communicating with people on my behalf when needed * Creating simple systems so things do not fall through the cracks * Taking on special projects as they come up Some days will be structured. Some days will change quickly. I need someone who can adapt without getting thrown off. ## What I’m looking for I’m looking for someone who takes pride in being excellent at the details. You should be the kind of person who notices when something is slightly off, follows up without being chased, and thinks two steps ahead. You should be comfortable making judgment calls, but also know when something needs to be escalated. For the right person, compensation will increase meaningfully over time with trust, loyalty, responsibility, and performance. The more useful and dependable you become, the more the role can grow.
