I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to help manage a mix of personal and business tasks each week (3–5 hours). Responsibilities include: Email management (organizing inbox, flagging priorities, drafting replies) Calendar scheduling and coordination Client follow-ups (templates provided) Light admin tasks (sending simple emails, organizing info) Personal tasks (bill prep, appointment booking, basic logistics) You’ll be helping me stay organized and keep communication moving, so I’m looking for someone who is proactive and can take initiative with minimal direction.
