We are looking for someone to revise the attached Excel log. Here is what needs to be done: 1. The blue colum is sick time and for any worker hired the 40 hours of sick time starts after their 90 day probation. 2. The green Colum is vacation time. for all employees hired before 2025 the 40 hours/5 days of vacation time started the first year they were hired. on the 4TH YEAR anniversary date the vacation time doubles to 80 hours/10 days a year. 3. For anyone hired in 2025 the 1st year they receive no vacation time. on their 1 year reload anniversary they receive 40 hours/5 days of vacation time. on the 5TH YEAR anniversary date the vacation time doubles to 80 hours/10 days a year. 4. Ailyn is a new worker, she works a 6 hour day so we need a new sheet for her with a start date of 1/7/26. She will need the 40 hours of sick time and 30 hours of vacation on her 1 year anniversary. 5. On Ailyns 5th year anniversary she will need her vacation timeto double to 60 hours/10 days 6. We need a sheet added called "part time worker" for a 4 hour worker. The formula should be the same for the sick time (40 hours/10 days) 7. On their 1 year anniversary they should get 8 hours/2 part time days of vacation. On their 5th year anniversary they should get 16 hours/4 part time days of vacation.
