I need a VA who can keep my business running smoothly day-to-day - most importantly free up my time so I can focus more on creating content and working on other aspects of the business vs admin tasks that I'm currently very busy with Info about my business - YouTube/social media based - Community platform on Circle for paying members - Coaching online The core of the role is administrative and management work—calendar control, email triage, timely reminders, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks—while also dipping into light creative and community duties whenever needed. Examples: • Managing appointments and schedules so my week stays organised and conflict-free • Booking hotels and travel arrangements quickly, within set price ranges and preferred loyalty programs • Handling Google Sheets and data entry: converting training plans from sheets in to PDF • Managing members on my Circle community platform: approving requests, posting announcements, and keeping discussions on track • Basic design on Canva for quick social graphics, event headers, presentations etc - Any experience on social media, editing visual content, design etc is a bonus To help me choose the best fit, please include past work that shows you’ve done similar scheduling, travel booking, spreadsheet upkeep, or community moderation.
