Day to day you will: • Keep inboxes clean and actionable, drafting quick replies when necessary and flagging anything that needs my direct input. • Own my calendar—booking meetings, shuffling appointments, and making sure I’m always in the right Zoom room or office at the right time. • Coordinate with clients on project updates, next steps, and follow-ups so communication never stalls. • Track assigned tasks, nudging me or other team members when deadlines creep up. • Maintain our social media presence by scheduling posts, monitoring messages, and passing along anything that requires a personal touch. You should be comfortable switching gears quickly, have an eye for detail, and communicate clearly in English. Familiarity with common office tools (G-Suite, Slack, Trello, or similar) will help you hit the ground running.
