Seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (1099) to support day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on managing the business inbox, scheduling follow-ups, and tracking payments so the owner can stay hands-off with admin. This role starts at 4 hours per week with a 2-week paid trial (8 total hours) and has potential to grow to up to 6 hours per week by Spring or Summer. Training will take place during 8–9 AM EST for the first few days, after which the role is fully flexible and can be completed anytime after 12:00 AM EST, as long as daily tasks are completed on time (most client emails arrive overnight or early morning). Responsibilities include managing and organizing Gmail, drafting client email responses using templates, coordinating scheduling through Calendly and Google Calendar, maintaining client and payment records in Google Sheets, sending payment follow-ups and invoices, and providing daily and weekly summary reports.
