Amazon KDP Children’s Book Setup

I have a finished children’s story saved as a single PDF, but KDP’s trim sizes, bleed settings, and upload steps have me completely stumped. I’d like someone who works with Amazon KDP every day to turn my draft into files that pass their print-ready and Kindle checks on the first try. What I have • One PDF containing all story text • A set of illustrations that must appear throughout the book What I need from you • Check the current PDF, choose the best trim size, and adjust margins, bleed, and pagination so it meets every KDP paperback rule • Place each illustration in the right spot, making sure nothing is cropped or pixelated in print or on Kindle screens • Deliver two assets: – A press-quality PDF for paperback upload – A fixed-layout EPUB (or Kindle Create file) for the e-book edition • A short hand-off note so I know how to tweak pages later if I add or swap art Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Kindle Create, or similar layout tools—and a track record of getting children’s books through KDP’s pre-press checker—will make this go smoothly. If you can guide me through the final upload once the files are ready, that’s a bonus I’ll happily pay for.
