Hi there, I will build a single master PDF system in Adobe Acrobat Pro that can be reused for unlimited clients, auto-populates repeated data, auto-calculates Schedule 1A, and supports a new copy for each client that is safe to save, duplicate, and e-sign without overwriting. The Master Template will house a global data layer with hidden fields for Participant and Provider core data, which are editable when needed and automatically populate every occurrence across all forms. All fillable fields will be bold, the NDIS Number will be red and bold, and the font will be a clean sans-serif across all forms. Schedule 1A will be a smart table with data-validated dropdowns, auto-filled description, delivery type, unit, and rate; weekly units will be user-entered, with weekly and annual totals calculated automatically (52 weeks default). All forms (Service Agreement, Schedule 1, Schedule 1A, NDIA Consent, DCJ, Health Records) will pull from the same master fields to ensure cross-form consistency. Signatures will be fillable and non-persistent; a new client copy will be created via Save As and never overwrite the master. Phase 6 updates to the legal text will be applied before locking; Phase 7 will lock calculations and logic but keep core fields editable as specified. Deliverables: Master Template PDF, one complete sample client PDF, and a short handover note for safe duplication and e-sign flow.
