30-Page Book-Style PDF

I have a Word manuscript of roughly 30 pages that now needs to be turned into a print-ready, book-style PDF. The whole document already follows a layout I like—margins, running headers, fonts, chapter openers, everything—so I’ll share that file with you right away. The task is to pour the Word content into this template, place a handful of images in the spots I’ve marked, and export a high-resolution PDF that can go straight to the printer without further tweaks. Most of the heavy lifting is precise formatting: matching paragraph styles, keeping hyphenation under control, making sure page numbers fall correctly on left and right pages, and checking that the few graphics (all supplied) reproduce crisply at 300 dpi. If you prefer InDesign, Affinity Publisher, or even remain in Word as long as the end result is flawless, that’s fine—just let me know what you’ll use so I can open the working file later if updates are needed.
