National Pillar is ready for its first full print run, and I need your help turning our editorial lineup into a polished, modern-and-clean 12-page tabloid (11"×17" with bleeds). The content mix is firmly rooted in Indian politics and governance, with longer-form feature stories woven through the book, so the layout must balance authoritative news with engaging magazine-style storytelling. All pages will run in full color, and I’d like a consistent visual language—clear hierarchy, generous white space, strong grids, and contemporary typography—so the reader never feels overwhelmed despite the dense subject matter. Think clean sans-serif headlines, well-structured decks, and modular story packages that flex for both hard news and feature spreads. To make production smooth, I will supply final copy, photos, infographics, and section order. Your task is to build the master grid, style sheets, and page templates, then flow the provided assets, refine each spread, and deliver press-ready files. Deliverables: • Print-ready PDF for all 12 pages with 3 mm bleed and crop marks • Native layout file (Adobe InDesign preferred) with linked assets and complete style guide • A packaged folder for the printer, including fonts, high-res images, and a separate low-res proof PDF I’ll review an initial two-page sample to confirm direction before you proceed with the remainder. Let’s create a newspaper that feels fresh yet credible enough to stand alongside legacy broadsheets. If you have recent examples of tabloid or magazine work that showcase a similar modern aesthetic, please include them with your proposal.
