Adjust Large Banner Dimensions Precisely

I have an existing banner layout that must be resized to fit a finished size of 2.67 m high by 21.990 m wide. The visual theme, colours, and imagery stay exactly as they are; only the scale of every text block and image needs to be adjusted so the artwork prints crisply at this massive format without distortion or pixelation. Please open the base file in the original application (Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop) and resize both the typography and image layers proportionally. Ensure safe margins, bleed, and trim marks are correct for large-format printing and that all fonts remain editable or properly outlined. Deliverables • Updated layered source file at full quality • Print-ready PDF (either full scale or 1:10 with clear scale notes) that my sign shop can send straight to the press I’ll supply the current artwork as soon as we start; let me know if any additional specs from the printer are required. also remove the blocking on the top ad bottom of the image
