Artwork Needed For Simple Logo

I already know exactly what the logo should look like—I’ve sketched the concept and simply need a designer to translate it into clean, professional artwork. The style is essentially locked in with my sketch, so this isn’t a creative exploration; it’s a polish-and-produce task. Primary colour: blue. Required final file: high-resolution JPEG suitable for both web and print uses. If you normally work in Illustrator or another vector-based tool, feel free to build the file that way first; I only need the finished JPEG, but having a vector master is always a plus. As long as the delivered JPEG is crisp, colour-correct, and faithfully matches the sketch, we’re good.
