Branded Tradeshow Backdrop & Tablecloths Cypress IWLA

I’m preparing for an upcoming trade show and need two coordinated pieces of large-format artwork created: Backdrops (two) • Size: 10 ft wide (standard booth height) • Content: a high-resolution image of a cypress swamp / Everglades scene fused seamlessly with our logo and headline copy. Fitted tablecloths (two different ones). • Standard 6-ft trade-show table templates (I will confirm exact template once the printer sends it). • Similar natural-environment imagery, logo placement, and supporting text so the table visually extends the backdrop. (Each item will have its own image). Branding focus The primary objective is consistent company branding. I’ll supply our official color palette, fonts, logo files (vector), and messaging guidelines. Your job is to integrate them cleanly into both pieces while allowing the lush natural photography to take center stage. Imagery If you already have suitable, royalty-free shots of a cypress swamp / Everglades environment, great—otherwise please factor in sourcing recommendations. Quality must hold up at full 10-ft scale. Deliverables • Print-ready files for backdrop and tablecloth (CMYK, 300 dpi at full size, with bleed/trim). • Layered working files (AI or PSD) so we can make future edits. • Mock-ups on a booth rendering for quick visual approval. I’ll review an initial concept, provide feedback, then sign off on final production files. Experience with large-format print design, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and color-accurate proofing is essential so everything comes off the press looking sharp.
