Complete Sports Jersey Tech Pack

I need a production-ready Tech Pack for a performance sports jersey. The document has to be clear enough for a factory to follow without a single email back and forth. What matters most to me: accurate technical drawings, a rock-solid measurement chart with full size grading, and precise fabric specifications. I also want the composition and care etiquettes called out so the labels match regulatory standards. For the drawings, I only need clean front and back views—vector line art that will scale well when the manufacturer drops it into their own sheets. The measurement chart must cover S, M, L, XL with exact measurements for every critical point plus short notes that explain the intended fit and proportions. Grading rules should be obvious at a glance. Please detail the knit or mesh fabric I’ll be using, its composition, weight, stretch and breathability, along with recommended stitching and finishing. Logo placement, print areas, Pantone colours and all trim, label, and packaging specs must round out the pack. Deliverables (PDF + original editable file): • Front & back tech drawings • Measurement chart with grading rules and fit notes • Fabric, trim, stitching and finishing specs • Colour, logo and print placement guide (Pantone referenced) • Label, care tag and basic packaging layout Include any tools you prefer—Illustrator, CLO3D, Excel, etc.—so I can open and edit the files in the future. Once I sign off, the Tech Pack should be ready to drop straight into the manufacturer’s inbox.
